Guided Imagery is a type of mind-body intervention that is used as a stress management technique that safely recalibrates the brain and allows you to replace negative emotions with feelings of positivity and stability. It creates a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility to facilitate behavioral change.

Our SRT (Stress Release Technique) Guided Imagery session is a relaxation technique that involves using your imagination along with the facilitator to create calming and peaceful scenes in your mind. It's like taking a mental vacation - and it helps your body and mind relax, reduce stress, and feel more in control. This is so important for teens, it helps manage anxiety from school, social pressures, or personal challenges- improves focus and sleep, boosts mood by promoting calm and emotional regulation- GIVES THE BRAIN A BREAK FROM CONSTANT STIMULATION FROM PHONES, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC.- Enjoy this time out!

Francesca has been a Certified Hypnotherapist for over 14 years. She specializes in Guided Imagery , Hypnotherapy, Pranic healing Practitioner, EMDR therapy, EFT-tapping, NLP, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Reiki, Face Lymphatic Drainage, group Meditations and Music therapy. Francesca enjoys watching her clients progress and have success in overcoming many obstacles which include anxiety, stress, self-sabotage, chronic illness, cancer challenges, postpartum depression, pre and after surgery, teenage social distress, autoimmune disease, traumas, fears and phobias, grief among many other life situations. EMDR- Is a type of psychotherapy developed to help people heal from the emotional distress associated with traumatic memories. It uses bilateral stimulation- often guided eye movements (though it can also be tapping or sounds) to help the brain process and reframe traumatic memories. Many people experience improvement in fewer sessions compared to traditional talk therapy. Brain-based: It leverages the brain's natural ability to heal, similar to how the body heals a physical wound.

What is Guided Imagery
Guided Imagery is the process of using your imagination to interact with the subconscious mind in an open-reflective process to create positive change in your life. There are three main components to guided imagery. They are (1) a strong desire to change, (2) a state of deeply relaxed focus, and (3) language and visualization in relationship to emotions.
What is the Accelerated Transformation Process?
The process we use is simply a state of relaxed focus. It is a natural state. In fact, each of us enters such a state - sometimes called a trance state - at least twice a day: once when we are falling asleep, and once when we are waking up. That kind of fuzzy, timeless state between dreaming and awake is a trance state. When a nine-minute snooze-button seems to give you enough time to have an-hour long dream, that's a trance state.
There are many other times that people enter a natural state of trance. Driving, watching TV, listening to music, working on a favorite hobby or activity in the "flow" state. These are all "altered states of consciousness," and all are various levels of trance. Trance is normal, natural and common.
Some people leave their first Guided Imagery session saying, "I was not sleeping - I knew what was going on the whole time!" Well of course you did! G. I. is not a state of amnesia or of no awareness. Just the opposite true, in fact: G.I. is a state of very heightened awareness and focus.
Will I lose control?
You always have control, and you can always hear what's going on. This process is nothing but a state of relaxed deep focus. It is a natural state that you enter at least twice a day (while waking up and while falling asleep!), and probably much more often than that. If at any time you are in trance and you wish to be fully awake, you can just count to yourself "1 - 2- 3" and open your eyes.
This process can not make you do something that is against your morals or ethics. e. You have to want the change, agree with the change, and then hypnosis is an instrument for helping make that change better, faster, and permanent.
Can Guided Imagery , Meditation and Visualization Make Me Happier?
Unhappiness often stems from hopelessness and a lack of self-belief. This lack of self-belief can come from negative messages we received when we were very young. They color how we see ourselves and our world, making us unhappy.
With hypnosis, we can find the root of these negative beliefs and we can use the power of the mind to replace them with positive, more accurate beliefs. This can give you a happier outlook on life.
Do always keep in mind that guided imagery and hypnosis are not a treatment or cure for mental illness, and people suffering from psychosis, suicidal depression, or that are on medications for psychological stability should only be hypnotized with the client's doctor or psychiatrist's referral.
